1. Overview
In compliance with store platform guidelines and our privacy commitments, Pet Territory Wars allows any user to delete their account and associated personal data at any time.
You can initiate deletion either directly from within the mobile application or through this public external web resource without needing to reinstall the app.

2. Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant & Automated)
If you have the mobile application installed on your device, this is the most direct and immediate method:
- Open the Pet Territory Wars application.
- Navigate to the Profile screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account (Hesabımı Sil).
- Review the confirmation dialog explaining the consequences of deletion.
- Tap Permanently Delete Account to confirm.
Your session will be immediately revoked, sensitive location data will be purged, and you will be returned to the sign-in screen.
3. Option 2: External Web-Based Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your device, or prefer to request deletion externally, you do not need to reinstall the application. You can initiate a deletion request via email:

Identity Verification & Account Protection
To prevent malicious or unauthorized deletion of another player’s account, deletion requests initiated via email require identity verification prior to execution. We will verify account ownership against the designated authentication provider identity before carrying out destructive operations.
4. Data Lifecycle & Deletion Semantics
When an account is deleted (either in-app or via external verified request), our system executes the following approved lifecycle actions:

Permanently Purged
Fine-Grained GPS Location Data: All raw GPS tracking points (coordinates, altitude, speed, timestamps) recorded during your walks are immediately and permanently erased, bypassing the standard 60-day retention window.

Permanently Purged
Authentication & Sessions: Your provider identity link is severed, and all active and refresh tokens are destroyed. You can register freshly with the same Google or Apple account in the future if you choose.

Anonymized
Player Profile & Pets: Your profile display name is replaced with “Deleted Player”, avatar links are cleared, and companion pet names are reset to preserve database referential integrity without retaining personal identifiers.

Relinquished
Territory Ownership: Any hexagonal map territories previously owned by your account are detached and reverted to unowned status with zero dominance.

Removed
Shared Moments: Any moments you published are permanently removed from all public feeds and profiles, captions are cleared, associated likes are removed, and media storage cleanup is dispatched.

Retained
Aggregate Game Statistics: Summary totals (such as non-identifiable cumulative distance and duration counters) are preserved under the anonymized player identifier to maintain city and season competition integrity.
